A specially curated, decadent NYE menu like no other

Our 6HEAD Executive Head Chef Thomas Godfrey has curated the ultimate 6-course NYE menu to make your last day of 2024 one to remember. 

We have perfected the art of dry ageing, and a steak at 6HEAD is a genuinely religious experience. 6HEAD’s black Angus beef is sourced from leading boutique providores in southern Australia. Our signature cuts are flavoured with unique rubs and fats such as chocolate and Manuka honey, then coated in whipped Wagyu butter to stop the meat from losing too much yield. They are then aged to perfection, between 6-14 weeks in our in-house Dry-Ager cabinets. 

Not to be outdone, our signature cut will be accompanied by additional courses comprising some of 6HEAD’s most popular dishes. Thus, ultimately rounding out a rich and sumptuous dining experience, perfect for celebrating the birth of a new year.
