Yalumba and 6HEAD come together at The Cooper’s Table, a collaborative celebration of flavour created especially for Tasting Australia 2026.

This exclusive experience takes place inside Yalumba’s Cooperage. 6HEAD’s Head of Culinary and Beverage, Sean Hall will serve a menu inspired by the cooperage, showcasing premium local produce, including acclaimed Mayura Station beef.

$249 per person.

What's Included

  • Food: Canapes on arrival followed by a three-course lunch.
  • Beverages: Each course is paired with wines from Yalumba’s Rare & Fine collection.
